The main pickup points are Kendal, Grasmere, Ambleside, Windermere and Bowness however, if we are able to accommodate pick up from your accommodation we will make every effort to do so and will confirm pick up in advance.
Will the bus wait if I arrive late? Due to the nature of our tours, we cannot wait for customers who arrive late. The impact would cause delays to the collection of the other passengers and therefore delay the entire tour. Please allow time to arrive at the pickup point earlier then specified.
Our driver will have a list of expected attendees, however, having your reference number would be helpful.
We operate our seating on a first come, first served policy for choice of seat. If you need a specific seat for health reasons, please speak to your driver who will try to accommodate your request.

Please dress according to the season and do remember a raincoat, we also suggest comfy footwear, a shopping bag, a camera/phone and sunglasses.

We will always drop off near the venue leaving a short distance to walk, however, there are opportunities to meander further to see other points of interest/photo opportunities as time allows
With advance notice we can cater for walkers and foldable wheelchairs. Our tour vehicles are 8-seat minibuses with 2/3 steps.
Lunch is not included, however, there is an opportunity for you to purchase lunch at one of our on-tour establishments.

Yes, there are plenty of opportunities for you to stock up with Lakeland produce, products, gifts and homeware. A cool box is available in each of our vehicles for any chilled items purchased, there are also options to upgrade your packing with some of our partners.

Numbers can vary from a minimum of 2 to maximum of 24, transport is by 8-seat air-conditioned minibus.
Due to the high demand and limited spaces, our tours are non-refundable. Tours can be purchased online up to 3 pm the day before, subject to availability. For full terms and conditions please see here.
